Welcome to the Piwania Bluetooth Scheme. By applying for, registering, or receiving a free Bluetooth device under this initiative, you (or the parent/legal guardian on behalf of the child) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scheme Overview & 100% Free Service
- The Piwania Bluetooth Scheme is a welfare initiative run solely by the Braj Seva Foundation Trust to support children’s learning and growth.
- Devices distributed under this scheme are 100% free of cost.
- Neither the Trust nor any authorized representative will ever ask for application fees, delivery fees, or token amounts.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to receive a free device under this scheme:
- The recipient must be a child meeting the specific age and educational criteria set by the Trust.
- Valid identification and proof of age/schooling (or parent’s ID) may be required during registration.
- Fulfilling the eligibility requirements or submitting an application does not guarantee device allotment, as distribution depends on stock availability and selection processes.
3. Application & Verification
- Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
- Providing false, misleading, or duplicate details will result in immediate disqualification.
- The Trust reserves the sole right to verify all submitted documents before approving any application.
4. Distribution & Ownership
- Only one device per eligible child will be provided (subject to availability).
- Devices are strictly meant for personal educational use and cannot be sold, resold, leased, or traded for monetary gain.
- The Trust retains the right to cancel or revoke eligibility if a beneficiary is found misusing the scheme.
5. No Warranty or Maintenance
- Devices are provided on an “AS IS” basis.
- The Braj Seva Foundation Trust does not manufacture these devices and offers no warranty, repair service, or replacement guarantees for damaged, lost, or defective items post-distribution.
6. Code of Conduct & Anti-Fraud Policy
- Any attempt by third parties or unauthorized agents to charge money for registration or device handover is illegal and fraudulent.
- The Trust reserves the right to take legal action against any person or entity misusing the name of the Piwania Bluetooth Scheme or Braj Seva Foundation Trust.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Braj Seva Foundation Trust shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect health issues, accidents, technical failures, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the Bluetooth devices.
8. Right to Modify
The Braj Seva Foundation Trust reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions or the scheme itself at any time without prior notice.
