The Piwania Bluetooth Scheme is an initiative managed and operated solely by the Braj Seva Foundation Trust (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The primary objective of this scheme is to provide free Bluetooth devices to children to support their educational and developmental needs.
2. No Commercial Sale / Free Distribution
- All Bluetooth devices distributed under this scheme are strictly free of charge.
- The Braj Seva Foundation Trust does not charge any fee for the device itself.
- Any attempt by third parties or individuals to sell, resell, or demand payment for these devices under the name of the Piwania Bluetooth Scheme is unauthorized and fraudulent.
3. Eligibility & Selection
Participation in the scheme and receipt of a free device are subject to eligibility criteria, availability of funds/stock, and the verification process set by the Trust.
- Application or registration does not automatically guarantee the receipt of a device.
- The Trust reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, suspend, or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.
4. Device Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
- All devices are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability.
- The Braj Seva Foundation Trust is not responsible for any technical glitches, manufacturing defects, or physical damages occurring during or after the distribution of the devices.
- The Trust shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the distributed devices.
5. Proper Use & Parental Supervision
Parents, legal guardians, or beneficiaries are solely responsible for monitoring the appropriate use of the Bluetooth devices. The Trust encourages safe listening habits and proper digital usage, especially for children.

For authentic updates, inquiries, or grievance redressal regarding the Piwania Bluetooth Scheme, please refer only to official communication channels, representatives, or website of the Braj Seva Foundation Trust.
Important Note: If anyone asks you for money in exchange for a device under this scheme, please report it immediately to the official representatives of the Braj Seva Foundation Trust.
